HELLO

I’m all about rewriting the rules. There is a lot of talk about how we should behave, but I’m not one for boring. Instead, I want to rewrite the narrative of what life can be with solo travel and experiences. Being single is an opportunity, not a waiting period; it’s about embracing everything your life has on tap.

You’ll find me writing (and speaking) about dating, relationships, and rediscovering yourself after divorce, with features in The Independent, Grazia, Stylist, Metro, Cosmopolitan, New York Post, and BBC Radio.

As a journalist and commentator, I’m here to challenge outdated ideas and inspire a new way of thinking about love, life, and adventure.

Sorbet

A quick online scroll ascertains seduction doesn’t exactly have the finest of reputations.

When keeping close company with the likes of world-famous flirts and lotharios, not to mention deceptively charming spies dramatically swaying the tides of war, perhaps the term requires a much-needed PR makeover.

After all, the word ‘seduction’ stems from the Latin “to lead aside.”
