During my time at Moonpig, the brand underwent an incredible transformation. Not only did the company embark on two rebranding campaigns, but it also grew substantially in users and profit, making it the ultimate destination for personalised cards and gifts in the UK.
What began as a two-week assignment focused on CRM campaigns and product descriptions transformed into a multi-year project. During this time, I optimized tens of thousands of pages across our UK, US, and AUS portfolios. I also launched an editorial platform to boost brand consideration and collaborated with our team of app developers to create a message inspiration tool, allowing users to upload and send pre-written greetings to their loved ones.

In its first iteration, the tool boosted brand consideration and improved user engagement: 48% viewed / 27% applied message.

With a revamped editorial SEO strategy, I launched The Post — the brand's content platform to promote all things related to birthdays and celebrations, as well as offering gifting and messaging inspiration for all kinds of special moments.
